DAY 44: WRITE YOUR VISION AND MAKE IT PLAIN

Then the Lord answered me and said:
“Write the vision and make it plain on tablets,
that he may run who reads it.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time;
but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.
Though it tarries, wait for it;
because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Habakkuk 2:2-3

Dear Friend,

God has an amazing destiny for your life and future!

One important part of the great adventure in your Christian life is to discover the purpose and direction God wants you to take. This means you will need to cultivate spiritual vision. A vision is like a blueprint for your future. It’s the ability to see what’s ahead and make plans for it.

God gave us Pentecost so that we would have the power of the Holy Spirit working within our spirit and soul. He ordained things so that every year on His calendar we could receive both a fresh outpouring of divine guidance for our lives, and the supernatural gift of discernment. Jesus said, “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.” (John 16:13)

Proverbs 29:18 says that without a vision people will perish. This means you really need to seek the Lord and pray about the path you’re on. God is a gracious Father and will always give you wisdom about the decisions you’re making. (James 1:5)

Let me encourage you to set aside some special moments in the next days ahead to hear what the Lord is saying. Be sure to listen closely and write down everything you hear in your heart.

Psalm 37:4 says, “Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.” What an amazing promise! As you seek the Lord, He will put His desires in your heart that contain your unique dreams, goals and visions!

Your best is here now!
