This year, we are gearing up to provide 500 Rosh Hashanah food packages through one of our partner agencies in Israel.
These are in addition to the ongoing food, shelter, and care we help provide year round.
DEFEATING HUNGER
Marina was just a child as World War II broke out.
She and her family were exiled from Ukraine to Russia by Nazi soldiers.
For years, they survived on just scraps of food and struggled to survive the harsh conditions.
Now, in her late 80s, Marina is being provided for by loving Christian partners like you.
Each food box LHM is able to deliver, fills another elderly Jewish person’s pantry as well.
You are a lifeline to people like Marina as you help provide nutritional and emotional support to them.
Because of you and other caring friends, there is much more we can do for Holocaust survivors and elderly Jews.
