Larry and Tiz Huch are the founding pastors of New Beginnings Church in Bedford, Texas, in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Founded in 2004, this non-denominational church quickly developed into a diverse and distinctly multiethnic congregation! Pastor Larry and his wife Tiz have devoted nearly 50 years of their lives to ministry. They have pioneered seven different churches in America and Australia as well as starting Larry Huch Ministries, their worldwide ministry that has impacted millions of people.
Their television program, New Beginnings, is broadcast daily in nearly every nation. They are watched and followed by hundreds of thousands of people whose lives have been dramatically impacted and changed. Pastor Larry’s signature combination of humor, great compassion and deep understanding of the Bible have made him one of the most popular teachers on Christian Television today.
Pastor Larry is an acclaimed writer on the Jewish roots of the Christian faith. His books, Torah Blessing, and Unveiling Ancient Biblical Secrets, explaining how and why the church needs to return to the ancient Hebrew understanding of the scriptures. His latest book From Junkie to Jerusalem is his story of growing up in a violent home, involved with inner-city gangs and addicted to drugs, to an encounter with the Lord that changed him into a world leader, spokesman and advocate for the Jewish people, the nation of Israel and people all around the world! This has opened doors for Pastor Larry to meet with world leaders, such as President Donald Trump, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Isaac Herzog, Ambassador David Friedman, Ambassador Ron Dermer, Senator Ted Cruz, Chief Rabbi Lau and many others.
For over three decades Pastor Larry has become a recognized and renowned leader, voice and activist, fighting racism and antisemitism in America and globally. He flew to Israel days after the October 7 massacre to witness and document the horrific atrocities against the Jewish people, to show the world the horror that was inflicted on innocent people. Pastor Larry’s commitment to this vitally important work has and will continue to be bold and relentless as he advocates for Israel and the Jewish people in every possible arena.
Pastors Larry & Tiz live by the ancient Jewish concept of Tikkun Olam or repairing a broken world. They are closely connected with Keren Hayesod, Israel’s national fund-raising agency and provide charitable support for some of the most critical humanitarian projects in the nation of Israel, including funding prophetic Aliyah flights and mobile ICU Ambulances for the people of Israel and the IDF. Pastor Larry is also a board member of Israel Allies Foundation, helping fight Anti-Semitism and working to equip and empower pro-Israel, faith-based legislators worldwide.
Pastor Larry has been honored on the prestigious list of Top Fifty Christian Allies to Israel, for the fifth consecutive year. He is the first-ever recipient of the John Henry Patterson Guardian of Zion Award, presented by Keren Hayesod! He is whole-heartedly committed to bridging the gap between Christian and Jews and restoring the Church to its Judeo-Christian foundation.
Pastor Larry strongly believes the Biblical promise God gave in Genesis 12:3, that He will bless those who bless Israel. He is in demand as a speaker around the world on tearing down religious walls that divide us. Pastor Larry has been to Israel over 50 times and is considered by many as the number one Christian Zionist voice in the world, bringing unity between Christians and Jews. He also leads tours to Israel to connect people with the land of Israel.
Pastors Larry & Tiz consider their wonderful family to be the greatest accomplishment of their lives! They are the proud parents of three wonderful adult children (and a son-in-law and daughter-in-law), who are all very active leaders and pastors on staff at New Beginnings. Their four grandchildren, the “sugars,” are the loves of their lives.

Pastor Larry is honored to have been selected four consecutive times to the prestigious Israel’s Top 50 Christian Allies list, from 2020-2025. This prestigious list of Christian men and woman leaders from around the world is to honor staunch defenders and influential advocates for Israel.
In February 2020 Pastor Larry was awarded the highest honor that the Israel Knesset bestows on Christian leadership, when he received the Israel Allies Life- time Achievement award for his 30 years of support for the land and people of Israel. This prestigious honor was awarded by the Knesset Christian Allies Caucus at its 13th annual “Night to Honor Our Christian Allies” to honor Christian leaders who have been steadfast in their commitment to Israel.
In 2022 Pastor Larry was selected as the first ever recipient of the John Henry Patterson Guardian of Zion Award! This prestigious award was presented by Keren Hayesod for steadfast support and generosity to Israel and the Jewish people that Pastor Larry demonstrates in his every day life.

- Planted Argan trees in the Negev Desert
- Planted Olive Tree Groves just outside of Jerusalem
