Helping Heal Israel

Days after the October 7th attack by Hamas in Israel, Pastor Larry Huch was on the ground with Keren Hayesod’s world chairman Sam Grundwerg to review the damage and help where needed.

TRAGIC ATTACKS

They toured a damaged kibbutz (a community where people live and work together) and what they saw would bring anyone to tears.

Mr. Grundwerg had this to say about his experience:

“Seeing firsthand the massive destruction with our own eyes made us understand even more the important role of philanthropy.

“In the wake of the barbaric attacks and some of the most hair-raising violence in recent history, the kibbutzim are totally shattered, but the locals’ spirit stands firm. Heroically, many of them are ready to return and rebuild their homes despite the unthinkable trauma they went through. The needs are tremendous. We must unite for Israel and give more generously than ever to mend the wounds and recover what’s been lost. Our enemies underestimate the spirit of Israel and our deep attachment to this land. That is clearly why we will once again flourish, rebuild, and we, as a people, will be victorious.”

MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Thanks to your ongoing support through Larry Huch Ministries, Keren Hayesod was able to respond to the needs of the Jewish people within hours of the first wave of attacks.

Many lost everything–– their home, clothing, medicines, and other basic essentials. Several family members were kidnapped, tortured, or even killed by Hamas terrorists.

Together, we will provide assistance and help the Jewish people rebuild and restore what was lost through our critical outreaches which include:
• Clothing, food, and medical supplies

• Housing and relocation aid for displaced families

• PTSD counseling for many children and families traumatized by the attacks

• New, mobile bomb shelters and renovating older ones

• Military and Mobile ICU ambulances for Magen David Adom and the IDF

• Working with Israel Allies Foundation to further counter anti-Semitism

• Project Aliyah flights for more Jewish people worldwide.

TIME OF NEED

“Your ongoing commitment is crucial to the good we do,” said Pastor Huch.

“Thank you for prayerfully considering a special gift at this time as we stand strong with Israel through our many lifesaving outreaches.”

Your generous support is a blessing to so many who have nowhere else to turn.

This is history in the making – it is a prophecy in the making, and we want everyone who can to be a part of it. Stay in the know with our Insider Israel Updates and learn more about our Israel Relief Fund.  God Bless you and your loved ones.

Freed Hostages Travel to Hospital in LHM Ambulance

Upon arrival, they were placed in the white military ICU ambulance, shown on the right side of the photo, and transported to a hospital.
This wasn’t just any ambulance, it was one of the three military units that your prayers and offerings helped provide for Israel and her people in need.

Your Support Bringing Hope to IDF Soldiers

Thanks to your prayers and generosity, we have already placed twelve Mobile Intensive Care Unit (MICU) ambulances into service across Israel.
Israel’s Magen David Adom (MDA), their version of our Red Cross, uses these medical vehicles to tend to emergency events from terrorist attacks, and even births of newborns.
These ambulances are often referred to as “hospitals on wheels” due to the lifesaving emergency care they provide.
Each medical vehicle can save up to 10,000 or more lives throughout its long service.
Recently, many Jewish people were violently attacked without reason after leaving a soccer game in Amsterdam.

Five people were sent to the hospital, 20 to 30 suffered minor injuries, and several more were harassed.
