MICU Ambulances Providing Life Saving Support To Israel Again!

Drawing upon the critical and lifesaving support of faithful friends such as you, Larry Huch Ministries has been able to quickly answer calls for emergency assistance all across Israel.

This has been made possible through the eleven MICU ambulances and two mobile defibrillator kiosks you funded for Magen David Adom’s (MDA) use in responding to life-threatening situations.

Mass Casualties

These emergency vehicles, along with the accompanying medical equipment, were all needed in full force as calls came pouring in on October 7.

These calls were received as Hamas attacked a local music festival and began killing, raping, and torturing innocent Israeli civilians.

“On this date, our Magen David Adom friends found themselves playing key roles as they helped those harmed by this mass tragedy Israel experienced,” said the head of MDA’s Director-General’s Office.

It is only because of your support that MDA was able to respond so promptly.

Its team of 30,000 volunteers and state-of-the-art technology enabled MDA to move quickly dispatching ambulances and medical personnel.

ATTACKS ABOUND

Today, as Hamas continues attacking Israel from the south, Hezbollah has accelerated its assaults against the Holy Land from the north.

“The State of Israel is now facing a major challenge of an unprecedented scale with the situation in the north and the threat of a multi-front war,” the Director-General continued.

“No matter what happens, we can assure the people of Israel that MDA will be there, prepared and ready to save lives because of your support,” he continued.

Over 1,000 rockets launched during a month’s time caused structural damage to the north while also injuring civilians and soldiers.

MDA team members worked tirelessly responding to calls for emergency medical assistance.

Their deep commitment to saving lives is truly admirable.

Thank you for your ongoing dedication to providing MICU ambulances and meeting other critical medical needs to save even more Jewish lives.

BEAUTIFUL BLESSING

The MICU ambulances that you have helped sponsor in Israel also answered the calls for new life and blessings. One MDA team assisted in the timely delivery of a child in the elevator of a building.

This cute baby girl safely made her dramatic entrance into the world thanks to a skillful MDA team.

Both the mother and the daughter were transported quickly to the nearby hospital in good health. In just a few days, they were able to return home happy and healthy.

“I want to thank the MDA teams who patiently took care of me in the best way possible and brought me home with my hands full of my daughter,” the grateful mother said.

OUTPOURING OF CARE

“Tiz and I thank you for your prayers and offerings that are now being used to treat and save lives,” said Pastor Larry.

“Together, we are helping Israel protect her people, her borders, and her God-given right to the Holy Land.”

Your offering of any amount sent this month will go to help provide for our twelfth MICU ambulance while delivering our third defibrillator kiosk.

As God provides for you, please help as you can so we can, in turn, care for the Jewish people and Israel.

A Beacon of Hope: The Cohen Family’s Story of Resilience

In times of unimaginable trauma, stories like the Cohen family’s remind us of the strength of the human spirit and the profound impact of compassion. Their journey highlights the hardships faced by families in Israel and the healing power of initiatives like the Fund for Victims of Terrorism, supported by Keren Hayesod. This story is not only about enduring hardship but about finding hope and healing through community and faith.

Five years ago, during Sukkot 2019, Revital and Eli Cohen of Beersheba embarked on what was meant to be a joyful family outing to Jerusalem with their three youngest children—Talia, 6; Hodaya, 4; and Yagel, 1.5. Their first stop was the Western Wall, a sacred site for reflection and prayer. Tragically, a wrong turn led them into the neighboring village of Silwan, where they found themselves surrounded by an angry crowd. The mob pelted their car with rocks, shattering windows and damaging the vehicle. Though they miraculously escaped without physical injuries, the psychological wounds ran deep.
