Throughout the year, you and other faithful friends of Larry Huch Ministries help deliver special food boxes to elderly Jews and Holocaust survivors across Israel.
FAITHFUL GIVING
Passover, Rosh Hashanah, and Hanukkah are sacred seasons of remembrance and celebration – times when families gather and Jewish traditions are honored. Through your generosity, Israel’s elderly Jews and Holocaust survivors are able to celebrate these holy days with dignity.
But today, that mission has become more urgent than ever.
As Israel faces the growing threat of war with Iran, many elderly Israelis are confined to their homes. Sirens disrupt daily life. Fear is constant. And for some, even the next meal is uncertain. These food boxes – filled with fresh produce, canned goods, rice, pasta, oil, and holiday essentials – have become a lifeline.
What may seem simple becomes deeply meaningful. It says, someone cares.
ENDURING COURAGE
One of those precious survivors is Ninel, born in Odessa, Ukraine.
She was only 15 years old when the Nazis invaded her city. Forced to flee with her two younger brothers, she quickly found that terror followed them. Jewish families were gathered into the town square – many never made it out alive.
By a miracle, Ninel escaped. But her suffering was far from over.
She was forced into labor and deported to a German camp, where she endured unimaginable hardship until her liberation in August 1945. Today, she lives in an Amigour home in Israel – a survivor of history’s darkest chapter, now facing new uncertainty in her later years.
And yet, because of compassionate friends like you, she is not alone.
Each food box delivered says what words cannot: We remember you. We honor you. We stand with you.
COVENANT CARE
Scripture calls us to act in moments like this:
“Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter…” – Isaiah 58:7
This is your moment to respond.
As we step into this Passover season of First Fruits, you have the opportunity to turn remembrance into action. A First Fruits offering is not just a gift – it is a declaration that God comes first, and that His heart for Israel lives in you.
Your First Fruits offering today will:
- Put food on empty tables
- Bring comfort in a time of fear
- Honor those who have endured so much
- Fulfill God’s call to care for His people
Stand with Ninel. Stand with Israel.
Give today – and be the reason someone eats, finds hope, and knows they are not forgotten.
Together, we are turning remembrance into action and blessing Israel in tangible, life-sustaining ways.
Your best is yet to come.
