When Seconds Matter: Help Fund a Life – Saving Ambulance in Israel

The first reports came in as faint signs of smoke rising from residential buildings. Within moments, residents near Raul Wallenberg Street began calling for help—describing the smell of fire, then explosions, then chaos.

What started as concern quickly turned into crisis.

Calls flooded into MDA’s National Emergency Dispatch Center—burning vehicles, shattered buildings, and families evacuating into the streets wrapped in blankets, unsure of what had just hit them.

Within seconds, everything changed.

Through the life-saving partnership between Magen David Adom (MDA) and Larry Huch Ministries (LHM), emergency response teams were already mobilizing—dispatching Mobile Intensive Care Units, ambulances, medicycles, and rapid-response teams straight into danger.

When the first paramedics arrived, flames were still being battled. Cars burned. Debris scattered. The impact suggested a missile fragment had struck the area.

But what mattered most wasn’t the damage—it was the people.

Residents stood outside in shock. Some had just escaped their homes. Others didn’t know if their neighbors were safe.

And that’s when the ambulance—made possible through faithful giving—went to work.

MDA teams spread out—moving building to building, knocking on doors, checking safe rooms, searching for anyone who might be injured or trapped.

An elderly man in his eighties was carefully helped out of his apartment after the blast shattered his windows. Paramedics examined him for injuries and smoke inhalation.

Nearby, a 70-year-old woman struggled to breathe. She was treated immediately.

Another victim had been struck by shrapnel.

Others—though physically unharmed—were overwhelmed with anxiety, their hearts still racing from the explosion.

In total, six people received medical care. One was transported to the hospital. Others were treated on-site—because help had arrived in time.

Because an ambulance was already there.

Because LHM partners had stepped in to make it possible.

A Partnership That Saves Lives

This is what happens when compassion meets action.

Through the ongoing partnership between Larry Huch Ministries and Magen David Adom, lives are being saved every single day across Israel.

These Mobile Intensive Care Units are not just vehicles—they are fully equipped emergency rooms on wheels, designed to respond in seconds when crisis strikes.

And they are used constantly.

Each unit can respond to over 10,000 emergency calls in its lifetime, reaching people in their most critical moments—just like this one.

The Next Life-Saving Mission

Because of your faithfulness, we have already helped fund multiple ambulances that are actively serving across Israel today.

But the need is urgent—and ongoing.

Ambulances must be replaced every 8–10 years due to constant use. And with rising threats and increasing medical emergencies, the demand has never been greater.

That’s why we are stepping forward again—together with MDA—to fund the next Mobile Intensive Care Unit.

Be Part of the Next Rescue

One day soon, another call will come in.

Another street.
Another family.
Another life hanging in the balance.

And when that moment comes, an ambulance funded through this partnership will respond.

You may never be on that street—but your compassion can be.

Your generosity can be the reason help arrives in time.

This is more than giving.

This is standing with Israel.
This is saving lives.
This is fulfilling God’s promise to bless those who bless His people.

Now is the moment.

Join LHM and MDA in funding the next life-saving ambulance—
because the next emergency is not a matter of if… but when.

This Is Your Moment to Stand with Israel in a Time of War

Right now, Israel is facing one of the most intense seasons of conflict in recent history.

Missiles and drones launched from Iran continue to target innocent civilians. Sirens sound without warning. Families have only seconds to run for safety. Children fall asleep in bomb shelters. Elderly Holocaust survivors – many unable to flee – are left vulnerable, isolated, and in desperate need.
