Day 39: God’s Timing Is Perfect

Don’t Limit When God Can Do It

To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under Heaven.
Ecclesiastes 3:1

God has a good, acceptable and perfect will for your life. His plans for you are always GOOD, yet it’s important to remember God’s timing is not always our timing.

When you are believing for a miracle breakthrough, a delay doesn’t mean a denial to what you are asking for. It just means God is still working things out according to His timetable. (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8)

Mary and Martha didn’t understand why Jesus waited to come and heal their brother. Jesus could have responded immediately, as they requested, and healed Lazarus of his sickness.

By waiting for the perfect time, He used the delay not just to heal Lazarus, but to raise him from the dead. Ultimately this allowed many more people to believe He was the Messiah. (John 11)

God is always working on your behalf even when you can’t see or feel it. He’s trying to build you up and lead you into a great future. One that goes far beyond what you could have ever imagined for yourself!

Today’s Prayer: Lord, I trust that You are working on my behalf at all times. I thank You for releasing blessings and miracles in Your perfect timing. In the Name of Jesus. Amen.
