Missiles and drones launched from Iran continue to target innocent civilians. Sirens sound without warning. Families have only seconds to run for safety. Children fall asleep in bomb shelters. Elderly Holocaust survivors – many unable to flee – are left vulnerable, isolated, and in desperate need.

On a quiet Saturday evening in Be’er Sheva, as Shabbat was coming to a close, a call came into MDA’s National Emergency Dispatch Center that would become a moment of life, faith, and divine timing.
A 33-year-old woman, 39 weeks pregnant, was suddenly in active labor. Within minutes, the situation escalated beyond control. There was no time to reach the hospital.
